When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 1pm Mountain on a business day leave our warehouse the same day. Everything else ships the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Two to five business days within the continental United States via USPS or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. We do not test on animals and we do not work with manufacturers who do.
Are these products edible or ingestible?
No. Every item we sell is a non-ingestible, general cosmetic or home-use product. They are not supplements, vitamins, food or medicine.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within two hours of ordering and we will do our best. Once a parcel is with the carrier we cannot recall it, but our returns policy still applies.
