Shipping
Flat rate shipping is $6.95. Orders over $75 ship free. We ship within the United States via USPS and UPS, and you will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Returns
You may return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Start a return by emailing support@50online.store with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, tell us within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping. Please keep the packaging and send a photo.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving the return. Your bank may take a further few days to post it.
